AGENTDESKS MAY MAKE SUCH CHANGES WITHOUT NOTICE. IF YOU CONTINUE TO USE THE SERVICE AFTER ANY SUCH CHANGES, WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE, YOU WILL BE CONSIDERED TO HAVE CONSENTED TO THEM.
We collect and store the information you provide directly to us, such as when you use the Services to compare the relevance of agents in your area of interest, request that we contact you to match you with an agent, provide feedback and rate your experiences using the Services, sign up for our mailing list, or when you call, email or otherwise communicate with us. When you submit information to AgentDesks for a realty request, you authorize us to share this information to facilitate the services you request by matching you with our network of participating real estate professionals or other parties involved in your transaction. A user must provide detailed information about each realty request such as your name, phone number, e-mail address, property address, and price range. By providing this information to us, or by submitting a request, you expressly consent to being contacted by us and by our real estate agents and brokers, or service providers via phone, email, mail or other reasonable means, at any of your contact numbers or addresses, in order that we may provide the services set forth on our website or for other reasonable purposes related to our business.
The company reserves the right to disclose users’ personal information as required by law and when company believe that disclosure is necessary to protect the company rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on the company. If AgentDesks is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our website of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your personal information.
